“You can do anything you set your mind to.” I’m fortunate to have been told that most of my life.
I received an alarm clock for Christmas. That’s what I needed to succeed at waking up early again. It’s working, but not as planned.
I haven’t heard the alarm go off yet.
Just by preparing the clock to wake me up, I’ve been waking up naturally a few minutes before it alarms. My mind sees me setting it and tells my body.
If nothing else, it’s pretty to look at.
I shared this meme on my Letitgocoach FB page, and I want to share it with you today.
There’s a dream in your heart.
It’s time to set your mind.
“Set your mind”, what a nice and witty way of putting it! It sort of implies how strong our minds can be if we let them 🙂

Thank you and welcome to this corner of the Blogsphere. If we let them is key indeed. 🙂

I find my mind has also set its own alarm – I have a clock, but can’t remember the last time I actually set the alarm. If I truly have to be up at 6, I seem to just wake at 5:45. Or, if it’s somewhere I have to go that’s at all anxiety-provoking? 4:30 and that’s really annoying!
Have a wonderful day!

That’s ironic because I used to set my alarm for 6:00 am and always woke up at 5:50. The body and mind working together. Thanks Jeanne! You too my darling!

Alarms affect we in a similar way, except they sometimes keep me from sleeping well the entire night! I avoid them as much as possible:)

That’s not good to keep you from sleeping. I get excited about a new day coming and that makes it hard for me to fall asleep at times.
My goal is to start waking up at 6:00 am once again. Those were some of my most productive days. Thanks Becky!
